Interview Booking Service Pilot Test Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions under which Interview2Me.com provides the Interview booking service pilot test (the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By applying for the Service, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Overview of the Service)
The Service is an experimental pilot under which the Interview2Me.com team helps search and apply to positions, and supports interview scheduling based on the User's desired conditions.
The Service is a test and is not a commercial, generally available service.
The Service is provided only to a limited number of Users and for a limited duration. The Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time at Interview2Me.com's discretion.
Article 2 (Pilot Nature of the Service)
The Service is provided as a "pilot" or "test" (the "Beta Program"). The Beta Program is in a testing phase and is provided "as is" and "as available", and may therefore contain defects.
If a User is invited to participate in the Beta Program, the User agrees that the Beta Program constitutes confidential and proprietary information of Interview2Me.com.
Article 3 (Scope of the Service)
The scope of the Service ends when an interview date and time are confirmed. The following are not included in the Service:
- Rescheduling, canceling, or otherwise changing interviews; and
- Providing interview coaching, preparation, advice, or similar support.
Article 4 (Lack of Response from the User)
If Interview2Me.com does not receive a response from the User within a period that Interview2Me.com reasonably considers appropriate, Interview2Me.com may discontinue the Service for that User.
Article 5 (User Representations and Warranties)
The User represents and warrants the following:
- All information provided by the User is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- The User will remain able to receive and respond to communications from Interview2Me.com.
- Final decisions regarding interviews or offers are made by the User, who bears responsibility for those decisions and their consequences.
Article 6 (Nature of the Service; Disclaimer)
The Service is experimental and Interview2Me.com makes no guarantee that any particular number of interviews will be obtained, that the User will receive any job offer, or that any interview will be scheduled within a particular timeframe.
Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
Interview2Me.com may change these Terms where reasonably necessary and may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service at any time.
