Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of service

Interview2me is a job-application assistance service. Our team may help find job openings, submit applications using materials you provide, and help book interviews. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any particular outcome.

Interview2me is an independent service. It is not affiliated with Resume.com, Indeed.com, or other third-party job sites.

3. Eligibility and account accuracy

You must be legally able to form a binding contract and of working age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity associated with your signup and contact details.

4. Your responsibilities and authorization

By using the Service, you represent and agree that:

• Information and materials you provide (including your resume) are truthful and that you have the right to share them with us
• You authorize us and our team to use those materials to search for roles, apply on your behalf, and communicate with employers or platforms as reasonably needed to provide the Service
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• You will not submit content that infringes others’ rights or that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful

5. Fees and payment

Pricing and when you are charged are described on the Service at the time of signup or purchase (for example, fees associated with a successfully booked or completed interview, where applicable). By providing payment details, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the amounts you agree to under the disclosed terms.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the charge conditions have been met. Taxes may apply. We may change prices prospectively; changes will not affect charges already authorized under prior terms without additional notice where required.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that applications will result in interviews or employment.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOUGHTCRAFT TECHNOLOGIES CO. LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Pause, cancellation, and termination

You may request to pause or cancel the Service by contacting support@interview2me.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
